FR: Show the date format also in german spelling and adding the calendar week [KW04]

I come from germany, is it possible to change the date format to german spelling:

Sonntag, 28. Januar 2024

and to add the calendar week like this:

Sonntag, 28. Januar 2024 [KW04]
