Custom Clock (date and time) feature

In pokemon games some pokemon evolve when in daytime some pokemon in night.If we could use the custom clock we can easily tweak the game system and make it day or night.Then it will be very easy to evolve the pokemon.This feature also useful for some other games.

You will have to request this to the PC devs. A pull request is currently open for such a feature (https://github.com/Arisotura/melonDS/pull/973)
