Will there ever be support for non openGL mobiles and Download DS?

All Android devices from the last decade support OpenGL. There's no point in implementing alternatives.

Regarding Download Play, probably not. However, you can ask in melonDS's forum. The main developers can give you a definitive answer.

My Y5 2018 runs this emulator terribly slow, that's what I mean, if mobiles like mine will ever emulate properly games on melonds

That is why the emulator is still in Alpha. It's not supposed to run well. However, improvements are coming to the PC version that I hope to port once they are released and, hopefully, they will bring some boosts in performance.
