Crash and fluctuations in Pokemon B/W

So the older version handles it just fine but when i updated and booted up the rom in new 1.10 version it's fluctuating frequently like shown in the attachment below, I've tried it on 1.9.3 it's running just fine and also on drastic so it's definitely something to do with new version I've tried tweaking settings the issue is still prevalent

• Device model: OnePlus Nord CE 2 lite 5G
• Android version: Android 14
