Publish v1.2.0

We should publish v1.2.0 to npm. I would just look through the diff, make sure that linting is :+1: and publish it.

I checked for linting errors, bumped the version number, added the tag and pushed to GH but I can't publish it to npm. Gives me a 404, but I suspect the real reason is collaborator settings in npm. Can you publish it to npm and then I'll write up the changelog and draft the release on GH afterwards :-)
