Transparent context menu on bookmark bar

Describe the bug

Right clicking on the bookmark bar shows the context menu, but its background is transparent.

To Reproduce

  1. Open the bookmark bar with Ctrl-B
  2. Right click anywhere on it

Expected behavior

The background color of the context menu should match my theme, just like anywhere else in the Firefox.
