Command line interface

I would like a command-line interface, such as

blanket play city --volume=50

Click is good for making these (simpler than argparse) imo.

Sorry but I'm not interested on working on this. But if someone wants to contribute this without affecting the project maintainability, I will be happy to review and merge the feature.
