Implement the encryption option when taking backups.

There is an option in backup definitions to encrypt backups but it is not yet implemented.

Getting this working would be really useful.

Backup encryption has really moved up in terms of importance with the new data protection laws and GDPR.

I was planing on working on getting this implemented myself but I was wondering if you had already thought the implementation through and if you had any guidance?
