Running owncloud 7. Here's the result with flatly:

Tried with the other themes, and they all have the same layout problems.

Hi, @nlaplante, I'm not working on this project for now - no time available, sorry.

If you are aware of bootswatch, you can customize the file:

https://github.com/rafaelgou/owncloud-bootswatch-themes/blob/master/global/owncloud.less

to add rules to solve this issue. Using Firefox or Chrome Dev Tools to find what CSS rules are beeing used on the context, some tests directly on browser, and then you can fix that permanently (for all bootswatch themes) using the global file above, and using grunt to build them.

Feel free to make a pull request that I'll imediatly merge.
