Cannot save giveaway templates

Description I can no longer save giveaway templates. After filling in GA details, and a name for the template, and pressing the "Save template" button, the button shows "Saving..." and the little circle spins, but nothing happens. It will stay like that for as long as I leave the window open, but it never saves the template.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to "https://www.steamgifts.com/giveaways/new"
2. Fill out all details of the GA "..."
3. Scroll down to "..Save Template." Press the button
4. See error - Nothing happens

Expected Behavior Template to be saved - it used to work perfectly

On pressing "Save Template button":
