Add command to stop a specific post from being indexed

Sometimes we don't want a post visible in the web app but it shouldn't need to be deleted from Discord

Should post creators be able to use this command, or just mods? (and should helpers be able too?)

Probably only mods, its more of a moderation feature

That is what I basically assumed... And it simplifies the process of making the command (don't have the check 5 different things). And this is going to be added to the lock-low-effort-post, but should there be 2 new commands (or one with a optional param to re-enable) to allow it not to be permanently.
