Great, I like the proposal but the commits have aditional changes besides your proposal, namely:

  • To use system-wide nltk
  • To install samr system-wide
  • To install python2

Also, note that:

  • There is an unused pip list
  • Virtualenv is created and everything but unused

Please consider modifying the pull request to address one change at a time
