[Feature Request] Breakdown weapon skill in vanilla

Weapon skill in vanilla can be broken down into hit and -dodge (but not -parry/block): https://github.com/magey/classic-warrior/wiki/Attack-table#weapon-skill

The amount varies both on:

  1. How much weapon skill we already have
  2. The level of the target we want to attack

Can/should it be broken down in an intuitive way if 1. amount per point varies and 2. target is always assumed to be a +3 boss?
