controller not usable

After install on Mate 16.04 jstest-gtk gives me 4 controllers (only 1 plugged in) and I'm unable to configure a single one. Also I'm not seeing the joystock panel in the control center? Any suggestions?

I confirm this to happen here as well. Ubuntu 16.04 LTS.

The 4 joystick slots appearing is expected.

Probably the missing joystick entry in panel is a bug.

You can edit /etc/default/xboxdrv and add more configurations to xboxdrv. To see a list of available configurations, please, check xboxdrv options page.
