Channel list jumps down when trying to create new channel via plus button

Expected behavior

When I try to click on the plus button next to "Direct Messages" or "Channels", I want it to stay put, and me to be able to click it.

Actual behavior

If I have scrolled enough down the channel list, so that there is a gap between the bottom of the channel list and the bottom of the ScudCloud window, and only then, then when I hover any of the plus buttons (to create a channel), the entire channel list jumps down so that its bottom snaps to the bottom of the window. This causes my cursor to miss the plus button. I have to try to click the button a second time to actually click it.

Steps to reproduce

1. Scroll down a channel list so that there is a gap between its bottom and the bottom of the window.
2. Try to create a new channel (either regular or direct message) by clicking on the button next to the section names on the channel list.
