"<username> is typing" status is always shown while input row isn't empty

Not sure is it a bug or normal behavior.

You can leave anything in input row like 'shit' phrase and go to your lunch and your mates will see your status "username is typing" forever until you send or delete.

Could you bind this to actual typing process?
