Can't switch between Teams
I'm logged in to two teams, but its not possible to switch between the teams in the left tab-bar. The selected team gets highlighted/larger, but the main screen stays as the previous selected team. I've started from the command line, but can't see anything important.

Can you, please, start ScudCloud this way?
scudcloud --debug=True &
And then right click in the left pane, select Inspect. Maximize the Web Inspector, then click in Console.
Now click in the team icon which is supposed to be switched. Paste the output here. Hope we can see an error.
I have this behavior for quite some time now and always hoped it would be fixed with the next release. Now I'm on 1.8.0.
No the console doesn't show any output.
I've also called LeftPane.switchTo('<some hash>','<the slack URI of the team>'); manually on the console. It returned undefined and the icon got larger, as if I click it, but no further findings …

In order I try to reproduce: can you tell me which distro, version and desktop environment are you using?
Ah yes sorry, wanted to do that mobile, but wasn't working: debian jessie, with gnome 3.14.1
I had same issue. It occurred after I added a 3rd new channel, and then attempted to sign out of the first channel, and then quit and re-loaded the app. I could not switch between channels, although the icons would react as though I were.
I went into my scudcloud.cfg and deleted the first channel's URL, then reloaded the application, and it worked. The problem was fixed after that.
Ubuntu 14.04, I cant seem to find which version of Scudcloud, but I am sure I am on the latest as of this date.

I'll do that in a moment, but I also discovered an A/B test. When scudcloud launches, it offers to let me sign into a team (I've logged out of it), or click one of two other teams to which I'm signed in. If I click the first of these already-signed-in teams, I can't switch teams in the UI. If I click the second of them, I can switch back and forth in the UI.
I tried your test, and I see zero output in the console when I click either team in the left pane.
Another tidbit: When I click the first team, scudcloud shows me the view of the second team with the first team's icon highlighted/selected.
