Rain didn't expand with the higher camera view

Minor cosmetic thing.

The rain/snow was put in place to work with lower max camera view. When a previous client update allowed for a higher camera view, the rain didn't expand to account for it.

This screenshot explains it better. Camera is pulled out as far as possible. The rain seems to come down in a square area, and the "outside" of that area can be seen.
