Initial version of a possible structure for the map editor user guide (#108)

I do wonder somewhat who will ever read this, but I agree that an overview of the different key combinations and mouse actions might be useful. You might want to include a link to Roja's manual.

What are your plans with this? Do you plan to add more content, or work further on it?

Yes, I'll add more content to it. It's on my list of things to work on

I'll link to Roja's manual, and to Burn new youtube map editor tutorials.

I just wanted to have the pull request open so that we could have a discussion around it.
