change to https, fix schema mis-match

Not sure if this was a schema mis-match on your end or if CARTO changed their default columns, but your SQL function was refrencing a 'notes' column that dosen't exist.

Thanks for contributing! I just wanted to point out that you might want to create a separate branch for submitting Pull Requests to this project, otherwise commits like modify bounds, extent to illinois will overwrite settings on my version.

I'll try to have a look at the rest of this soon
