@justa-rowdy, may you try to delete the folder from WoW64 cmd in both cases (admin and non-admin). You can re-create it between the two calls: rmdir C:\Windows\System32\config\systemprofile\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\INetCache\Content.IE5
