Major performance degradation when scrolling past "Why Radix Primitives" on the main website page

Current Behavior

When scrolling past "Why Radix Primitives" on the main website page it looks like page rendering FPS drops significantly, from normal to ~5 fps. See attached video

Expected behavior

Scrolling as usual

Suggested solution

Have no idea :)

Additional context

I have a not so powerful notebook but never had scrolling issues before. In MS Edge the scrolling works fine.
