Select is moving page content when open

Current Behavior
If you see on the video main content is moving horizontally and sidebar is moving vertically.

Page content should not move

Same here, curious as to a fix. It's adjusting a number of padding / borders across the entire page content.
If you report an issue you should list steps to reproduce the case.
For this particular case prepare a Stackblitz (or any other code snippet editor example). Otherwise it's useless report.
If some maintainer of this repository ask me for a Stackblitz to start working on this issue, I will work on preparing it.
This issue was debugged to us having padding on the body. As soon as we removed the padding of the body, everything stopped jumping around.
Can we see a reproduction or a deployed version of that somewhere?
