Improve description of radicle link

Radicle project should use this very well written text, (brain dump) by one of the linux kernel developers as a resource to improve the description of the goals and ambitions on this very same project website. https://people.kernel.org/monsieuricon/patches-carved-into-developer-sigchains

The only restrain I would have with it, or something that would like to critic point out is the use of bluetooth, given I dont think is very smart to rely on it, such stack is overall very complicated and full of known security holes, there is a reason the OpenBSD project just straight out removed anything related to that codebase. If the focus of this endeavour is user rights, and therefore by consequence security and privacy that is.
