Figure out what to do with the multiple remotes

Currently when we track a peer we get this:

> git remote
cloudhead@hybre451s1a7c9ftf9ag4fj3hna9ssp8fea4ob1qeqy6m4hx4cbdt6
peers/cloudhead

We should only have one remote per peer, not sure why we have two :thinking:

What we want is, as long as there is no ambiguity: peers/<name> and if there is ambiguity, peers/<name>@<peer-id>

Also, when looking at the commit listing you might see:
