Error reporting's red is difficult to read

On styles/dart-tool.less for error reporting, you are using @text-color-error, but this color is difficult to read on the dark UI theme of atom, maybe changing it to something lighter like #FD4848 I've found it becomes easier to my eyes.

0.9.18 uses the linter package, which has a different linting UI. Is the color still an issue?
