[Proposed Feature] Indication (Tag/Flag) for any mirrored datasets

Description of Feature:

A flag/tag that indicates when a dataset is a mirror of a full dataset that exists on the owners bucket and also somewhere else on the web.

What value is this feature adding to Source Cooperative?

Especially in the case of when a dataset does not have a README to clarify, this flag/tag would indicate to the user that a dataset is the complete dataset from the owner/creator of the dataset (not just a subset).
