Re-enable slow languages

A couple of languages were removed recently because I was having trouble getting them to execute in a reasonable amount of time for the test suite. This is likely because their compilers/runtimes are extremely resource heavy.

Anyway, we should see if there is some workable solution to getting them available once more without draining all of the server's available resources when someone decides to run them.

  • carp
