M-x radian-byte-compile right after startup does not work as expected

We may get an error about Selecting deleted buffer when invoking M-x radian-byte-compile during an existing byte-compilation operation. Furthermore, I don't believe radian-byte-compile has correct support for starting to listen to an existing compilation process instead of restarting it. These issues should both be fixed.
