Cursor jumping after format

Hello,

First, let me thank you for this beautiful package.

I've noticed recently that sometimes (I don't get the exact conditions to reproduce it), saving the buffer when apheleia-mode is active will cause the cursor to jump too far from its original position.

After bisecting, I've found that this bug has been introduced by 57d9ab3f909109a093ae69730d8666d8202898ab.

Any idea?

I guess there must be a bug in that change :)

If you can supply a test case then I can add that to the test suite and ensure this does not recur.
