Support "size: N" in issue body

Rather than using "size: N" labels, it would be convenient if you could just write "Size: N" on a line of its own in the issue body.

This would eliminate the need to labels for each different size in each repo. This would be particularly helpful for org-level projects, where the issues can come from any repo. (See #129)
