What Marlin board is used in the printer? Where did you connect the Z probe connector?
There are two standard BLTouch connections. You must use the one you have configured in Marlin. If one doesn't work try the other.  
For touch mode communication, you must connect the serial cable and set serial port 1 SERIAL_PORT 1 
What's your mistake?
Previously I had a WiFi card connected to the TFT. Sometimes it happened that printing froze and I found some string in the notifications that came from my PC's antivirus....
