Can you put up some prebuilt versions of radeco for linux/windows?

We will provide per-commit builds for linux for now when we have some time and will be available in bin.rada.re, the same for appveyour on windows. because i dont see any rust-mingw pkg yet

Also, current r2pipe.rs doesnt works on windows, so it must be ported

Crosscompiling to windows can be done without building any other rust toolchain, just install system mingw32 crosscompiler and follow this: https://www.reddit.com/r/rust/comments/3le6s0/two_questions_1_is_this_the_proper_place_to_post/cv5o4qu?context=3

@XVilka Will you be taking care of this issue? I think radeco is not ready for windows yet as @radare mentioned, but it'd be nice to have prebuilt binaries for linux/osx atleast.
