how would u implement ASR? using rotate + and ? what about adding back the macro system, but for that case. in C you don't have rotate, only shift, so that will make esil not easily translatable to C as it will add one more indirection.

imho renaming will improve the situation, but i agree that we can remove them easily, we should rush a little the breaking changes as i dont wanna delay 5.8 more than 2 weeks
