XML: remove notion of arbitrary/relative dimensions

Currently in v2.0 branch, the room dimensions are relatives and arbitrary, w/o notion of physical unit.

This is not really easy to perceive from user standpoint, so this should be fixed and replaced by either units in the metric system or number of racks.
