Skip clusters selection list with one cluster

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. When there is only one cluster defined in the gateway, users must select this cluster in the list regardless.

Describe the solution you'd like The UI should skip the cluster selection step, unless if there is a problem with this cluster (ongoing issue, permission).
