raw_libracketcs.dll not found

Racket 7.8.0.9 last snapshot, Windows 10

The docs tell link against libracketcsx.dll, however I found at the lib directory only libracketcs_bpiwax.dll. Despite don't being the lib I've linked my program against it. If I execute it then appears, more or less, this error: raw_libracketcs.dll not found. I've moved the lib, libracketcs_bpiwax.dll, where is the executable and the error persists.
