Height of breadcrumbs div on Jenkins v1.59

I'm using the CDN CSS and JS on a fresh install of Jenkins 1.59 and I noticed that the breadcrumbs bar was much smaller than in the screenshots. This is easily fixed by changing #breadcrumbs height from 2em to 3em.
