[Bug]: Lost connection to all ecoflow devices, "error_bleak"

Open StudioNirin opened this issue 1 month ago • 3 comments

What happened?

Seems all of my ecoflow devices disconnected from HA 7 hours ago for some reason. I had messages saying that they had tried reconnecting 10 times and then gave up and I'd have to manually reconnect. I've tried doing that and it just cycles trying to do it and then fails again.

The ecoflow are all turned on still and I can access them on the app no problem.

I've updated to the new 0.53 version from the 0.52 I was on before but that made no difference.

Only error code I get elsewhere is a reference to 'error_bleak'

What version of our software are you running?

0.53

What device are you seeing the problem on?

River3+wireless and Delta3+

Running home assistant docker on unraid.

What bluetooth connection are you using?

USB dongle

Have you changed the integration settings?

No response

Integration settings (if you changed them)

Relevant log output

I screenshotted the only log output I could find, if there's a better source somewhere let me know and I'll add it.

There should be more information in raw logs, bleak error could be anything. It is most likely something to do with bluetooth adapter. Did you try to restart bluetooth adapter, integration and/or HA?

I'll go through and do a full reset of the system

Recently I've added another suggestion in the FAQ to use one-connection esphome bleproxy devices. Not sure it's actually on their side, but it surely helps with my 2xSHP2 setup to be much stable.
