Successfully added a River 3 plus. upon trying to add another River 3 attached to same account, I received the error: Device authentication failed - user ID may be incorrect

Hi @teslamine , sorry but I suppose we will need more info about the issue to approach it - maybe you could give us some logs (better debug ones) that shows the process of adding the second device to integration?
