Support OAuth 2.0 authentication in warm-standby

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Commercial RabbitMQ supports oauth2 authentication in addition to basc authentication in the schema-sync and standby-replication plugins. The cluster operator currently supports basic authentication and vault.

Describe the solution you'd like The solution is to expand the cluster operator so that we can configure OAuth 2 for warm-standby. Credentials are stored in a k8s secret and the rest of the configuration in k8s config maps.
