disable adorner should not be used in Pagination

In fact, all Ursa controls should not use adorner disabler. it conflicts with UrsaWindow OverlayDialogHost.

Dual version headless test

As Ursa currently support both Avalonia 11.1.x and 11.2.x, consider move headless test to shared project, and test against both versions.
