Feature request: rulers in the builder

Horizontal and vertical, hideable ruler bars would be an amazing feature.

I will add when can, a simple solution if on windows is to install Microsoft's PowerToys (https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/powertoys/install) then Win-Shift-M gives you rulers.

I will be working on faster handling of properties/controls and after that will work and better design tools. The use of multiple tabs and popups already started in this direction.
