Add a pause option for vibrations

As mentioned by @kertase in #1. This would allow users to have more fine grained control over the vibration.

A challenge with this is, that right now Chibe infers pause times based on the surrounding vibrations, so that would need to be changed. Furthermore I'm not sure what symbol should represent pause, might be unclear.
