Add option to make a sound in addition to vibrating

As suggested to me in an email, this may be useful for people who don't have their phone in their pocket and don't mind noise.

Some cricket sound will be good. Or a small chime.

I support this. Also, if possible, user should be able to use custom sounds present on device.
