Prevent chime during a phone call

It seems at first that it will not happen frequently, but it does that the vibration activate while I have the phone in my ear, and it is quite annoying. Can it detect that I'm in a call (that may be a whatsapp call) and not chime (or postpone that 2 minutes)?
