Feature to create Sub Pages for the Pages menu.

@ojanku No progress yet. I work on this project in my spare time and I haven't had much spare time lately. :( Feel free to submit a Pull Request if you'd like to try working on it yourself. :)

If it helps the WP Twenty Fifteen theme (https://wordpress.org/themes/twentyfifteen/) seems to do this fairly nicely and in a format that may work well with Independent Publisher.

Great work on this theme. I liked it so much I switched to it for my personal blog and this is the only issue I'd really like addressed if possible.
