Have an extra newline after a quote block

After using a quote block the next paragraph is always a little too tight to the quote block so I always add an extra enter in Gutenberg: where it looks fine (and wrong with the extra enter/newline).

But I need the extra newline for it to look good in Independent Publisher.

I noticed in the WordPress Customizer I can change this behaviour with some extra CSS:

So for now I'm good, but maybe this can be fixed in the theme instead of extra CSS? Or maybe it is a deliberate choice, that's fine also :)

@jan-vandenberg I think this is a style bug, so I will definitely look to fixing this in the next release. Thanks for reporting!
