Improve webmention form display for Webmention plugin

When using the Webmention plugin, you can choose to show a Webmention form in the comment section:

It would be nice if Independent Publisher theme improved the display of this form a bit. For example, by default the Comment Reply form is hidden behind a "Write a Comment" button. It would be nice to do something similar for the Webmention form.

This is not a bad UI idea. I've actually had people tell me in the past that they wrote a native comment and then clicked the Ping Me! button only to loose their comment. I think that putting them on the same line and giving them parity seems easier/prettier.

You can always unhook the form and add your own.
