Plugin Compatibility: Co-Authors Plus

It would be nice if the Independent Publisher author card supported the Co-Authors Plus plugin, so that multiple authors could show up at the bottom of a post.

It doesn't matter if it's bottom or LHS coz it's responsive which is neat.
